Palmers was rescued from the SPCA, he was about to be put to sleep. He had been a stray for several months before going to the SPCA so his skin was very bad and most of his hair had fallen out. After a flea dip, a complete shave and weeks of lotion rub downs he has made a complete recovery. Palmers is a very happy dog (as you can see by the smile on his face) and loves his new parents and his new best friend Sasha.
