Hi, my name’s Petey! My two breeds make me a very handsome brindle mix. I have lived most of my life at the rescue shelter. Everyone loves me; in fact I think I’m their favorite. However, I do not trust strangers, therefore I am hard to adopt, even with all my basic training. I get along with most female dogs, but I still prefer to be the only pet. I love to play ball and go for long walks. Come take a walk with me so we can get to know each other. Petey needs someone who has the time and patients for him to show how loving and loyal he can be. Petey has ripped his rear Cranial Cruciate Ligament in his knee.
The operation cost $2000., but the doctor will do it for $1200.
Still, that is a lot of money and must be paid in full at the time of surgery.
This surgery is urgent because he is over weight and the doctor is afraid, if we wait, he will rip the other rear knee as well then will never be able to walk.
